Andrew Losowsky is the founder of Isolated, a not-for-profit community to provide creative distraction during the pandemic. He works for Vox Media, and has written for The Guardian, The Wall Street Journal, and The Times of London, among many other publications. Previously, he has co-created a pop-up magazine out of a volcanic eruption, a museum on a street, a festival of independent publishing, a printed time capsule, a torchlit commemoration of Rhode Island's role in the slave trade, and a human-sized board game about city development. He lives in New York City.
